Disappointing. I was excited to try Stadium Automotive as it's close to my work and the online reviews were promising, but left feeling disappointed. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and assessment of some noise. The noise was assessed as a wheel barring and quoted at $529 to fix. On my husband's recommendation, I called another reputable shop across town and was quoted $240. Looking online for averages, Stadium was way high on a quote for this work on my car. I called Stadium and said that I would take the car elsewhere and would just get the oil change and tire rotation. I asked for the total cost on the phone and specifically asked for what the price was to just assess the noise. I was told my total was $110 for all. Upon arriving for pick-up, I was told the cost was $201... there was an assessment fee, but he didn't understand what I was asking for on the phone... so didn't give me the total, just the fee. While I assumed there'd be a fee, it was very frustrating to not have that communicated properly when I asked clearly for the info on the phone. I'm also bewildered why the assessment fee was so high when tires were being rotated already likely exposing a damaged wheel barring. I asked if anything else was noticed during service and he fumbled around, saying no. I asked about my check-engine light being on and if that yielded any new info and he said they don't check the check engine light... hmm.. seems odd since I paid $110 for an assessment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
