I was in Eugene to attend a funeral. My steering went out in the very early morning hours the day of the funeral. I called and left a message before Stadium Automotive opened and received a call back (before they opened)! It was Joe. He told me to bring it right in. Even offered a loaner car so that I could get to the funeral. All attempts were made to get my car done by that evening so I could head home. Unfortunately the replacement part was cracked. I did have to stay another night - and Joe offered a loaner car again. They had me on the road the next day. I can’t say enough of how kind, patient and helpful Joe was. If I lived in the Eugene/Springfield area this would be my go to auto repair place. High recommend them!

Stadium Automotive is very flexible and friendly about rescheduling. Replacement part arrived promptly. I was given a loaner car. The job finished earlier than anticipated. The problem is now fixed. Joe, the manager made me laugh!

I was in town(live in the Seattle area)to attend my Grandmothers funeral and my power steering went out. I called and left a message before they opened and Joe called me back (before they opened )and said bring my car right in. He even asked if I needed a car to get to the funeral. He was kind and patient with a stressed woman. They did everything they could to have it done that day but due to a cracked replacement part I did have to stay an extra night BUT Joe again offered a loaner car and said they would get it done the next day as fast as they can. They did and I am so very grateful! If I lived in Eugene/Springfield they would be my auto repair shop. I highly recommend them!

My Forester unexpectedly needed service and they responded quickly and worked me in. My clutch was replaced smoothly and it runs better than ever.

My horn stuck in the "On" position while I was crossing the Ferry St. Bridge. I pulled over, opened the hood, found the horn (was not hard to find while it was screaming at me) and pulled the wire connected to it. Rich and the guys at Stadium did a little detective work and found that the wiring harness that connects to the steering wheel was wearing out after 27 years of service. With that replaced, the horn switch, light switches, turn signals and wiper switches all work crisply and instantly. Since the steering wheel had to come off, I had them install a new rosewood steering wheel with matching e brake handle and shift handle. The Miata not only works better ...it looks fantastic! The feel of the slick rosewood handles makes the car feel smooth and rich.
