Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. They tried to charge me $4,500 for a $10 fix. Ruined my road trip. I had my car towed to a friend mechanic 4.5hrs away, to get the truth and not spend my hard earned savings. Mercy, get a professional heart! No one traveling alone should ever have to deal with this! It was literally a loose wire...a 30min fix. They need the skillz and good morals to be a good mechanic. They failed big time. I have not received a refund for the $143 spent on the very incorrect estimate!? Hopefully they follow through and do at least that!?, Or karma can have them!
Facts, the Chevy Traverse came in for stiff steering, brake light and traction control light on. Finding, steering rack and pinion were found leaking. Diagnosis, needs rack and pinion steering unit and ABS control unit. Both of these units, steering and braking are important to the safety of driving, they need to be fixed. Temporary fill of power steering doesn’t fix the problem. Stadium Automotive takes proper repair of important functions very serious.
