Yeah I went there n told them I had a broken bolt in my harmonic balancer n they charged me $130.00 to tell me what I already told them n they suggested I take it to the dealership. I mean it's day one stuff it's just removing a broken bolt n putting a new one in. I have money to cover whatever it costs but they were too lazy to work on it and charged me to tell me what I already knew. I also have the call recorded and I very clearly mentioned the broken bolt I just wish I could post audio in these reviews
You never mentioned the broken bolt until I mentioned the broken bolt. Your response was that you compared both bolts and you didn't think that the broken bolt was that big of a deal because only a couple threads were broken off. Any broken bolt in an engine crankshaft is a big deal. If you would have mentioned that in the beginning I would have told you the same thing, that we can't fix it. Instead you only said that your harmonic balancer fell off and that you tried to install a new one but then it fell off so the charge is for a trained technician to inspect and try to repair your vehicle. Once he accessed the front of the engine and found the broken bolt he tried to see if he could get it to move without removing your engine but he could not. Sorry your vehicle is broken.
