Was very happy to see Ken at Stadium, as we had missed having great service on our GMC since Wentworth closed. (And we had one very bad experience with Kendall...) Ken, George and crew have now worked on two of our three vehicles. One vehicle had been at the dealer many times and they couldn't find the problem. George heard the description of the problem, knew what it was and he was almost right! :) Needed another part, but now it works as good as new. And Ken tells me like it is. You have to this or that fixed NOW, or that can wait for a bit. Has always come in at or below what he tells me the cost will be. I have recommended Ken, George and Stadium to lots of my friends, including ones that had been loyal Wentworth customers!

Dealer skills at local prices. Dealer service in local timeframes. Dealer warranties with local guarantees. These guys are great! I went in for a specific problem with my ElDorado. They addressed the problem, completed a full check of my car and informed me of additional needs: just like a dealer. The difference? They called me and asked what I wanted to do. Kendall would default to no service done with a note on the report. (Requiring an additional service appointment for completion.)As they were already into my car, I saved time and money by scheduling necessary services. Oh, there was no "hard-sell" on the services as the guys presented me with their findings and gave me enough respect to decide upon what I wanted and could afford. When I gave a maximum price point guess what happened? No, they didn't hit it and stop, they made sure to fix what I brought in the ElDorado for and all the safety repairs recommended while eating labor costs to make sure I was safe. Did I talk about wait time? There was none! No wait for an appointment or for a shuttle to my business. They even offered me a car to drive while my car was in their shop. My car was dropped in Monday and was done Tuesday afternoon. Dealer quality with hometown values. I will see these guys again.

I use to go to Wentworth Buick GMC and wasn't sure if I could find a place that had that kind of customer service. I saw that Service Manager Ken from their in one of your adds. So I took my car there for service. It was a pleasure to see that people still do care about the customer. The service I received was suburb. I will differently take my car back.
